Open Records Act 3 of 2008

Act 3 of 2008 is Pennsylvania's new Right to Know Law. On April 8, 2008, the Middletown Township Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 08-14 which establishes the procedure by which the Township of Middletown will address requests made to it for records under the Right-to-Know Law which takes effect January 1, 2009.

To request access to a public record of the Township of Middletown, your written request should be made in one of the following manners:

By Mail, Express or Overnight Delivery:
Address your request to Raymond Stepnoski, Open Records Officer, Middletown Township, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047

By Courier or Hand Delivery:
Deliver your request in a sealed envelope to Raymond Stepnoski, Open Records Officer, Middletown Township, Office of the Township Manager - Second Floor, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047. Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays.
