Posted on the Finance Department page on this website are Compliance Audit Reports of Middletown Township Pension Plans for the period January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008. Both plans were deemed to be in compliance with applicable state laws, contracts, administrative procedures and local ordinances and policies. The audits were conducted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureau of Municipal Pension Audits, under the direction of Jack Wagner, Auditor General.
